Qualitative research
Focus groups, mini-groups, in-depth interviews and ethnographic observation.
We support business decisions with qualitative and quantitative research across U.S. and Latin American markets, helping teams understand customers, categories, competitors, demand and cultural context before important investments are made.
Focus groups, mini-groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic observation and concept exploration reveal motivations, language, barriers and unmet needs.
Surveys, sampling, segmentation, tracking and market sizing measure preference, awareness, satisfaction, demand and behavioral patterns.
Competitive reviews, category analysis, customer journeys and market-entry assessments turn findings into priorities that teams can execute.

How we approach it
A useful study begins with the decision it must improve. We define the business question first, then select the method, audience and sample needed to answer it.
Cross-market work requires more than translation. Recruitment, language, category familiarity and cultural context can change how a question is understood and how findings should be interpreted.
Our own research follows the same standard. In the Houston Spanish-Language Digital Presence Study 2026, we audited 241 Houston business websites and found that only 12.9% offer a real Spanish-language experience, with the full methodology and limitations published.
Research is especially useful before market entry, repositioning, product launches, customer-experience changes, major media investments or decisions where the cost of guessing is high.
Focus groups, mini-groups, in-depth interviews and ethnographic observation.
Surveys, segmentation, tracking, awareness, preference and market sizing.
Bilingual and multicultural work for U.S. Hispanic and Latin American audiences.
Category structure, competitor positioning and market-entry context.
Common questions

Yes. Findings can feed brand strategy, advertising, websites, SEO, content and paid media.
Yes. Method selection follows the business question and the evidence required.
How it connects
We do not treat this capability as an island. We connect it with research, advertising, brand, content, digital experiences, SEO, analytics and automation according to what the business actually needs.
The objective is not to produce more deliverables. It is to improve the quality of decisions and make each customer touchpoint work in the same direction.
